Vairuodamas automobilį „Volvo“, jis nuo Pazapsių kaimo bėgo daugiau nei 15 kilometrų, dalį šio atstumo įveikdamas su pradurtomis padangomis, nes dukart pervažiavo „ežį“, ir tik Lazdijų miesto prieigose sustojo suprasdamas, kad nepabėgs.

Neįprastą atvejį paprašėme smulkiau pakomentuoti Alytaus apskrities vyriausiojo policijos komisariato Komunikacijos poskyrio vedėją Kristiną Janulevičienę.
