Užvakar policijos pareigūnai susidūrė su rimtu iššūkiu – kaip sustabdyti, kaip vėliau paaiškėjo, gerai žinomą rajono mediką, dirbantį ne vienoje gydymo įstaigoje, buvusį rajono tarybos narį. Vairuodamas automobilį „Volvo“, jis nuo Pazapsių kaimo bėgo daugiau nei 15 kilometrų, dalį šio atstumo įveikdamas su pradurtomis padangomis, nes dukart pervažiavo „ežį“, ir tik Lazdijų miesto prieigose sustojo suprasdamas, kad nepabėgs.

Neįprastą atvejį paprašėme smulkiau pakomentuoti Alytaus apskrities vyriausiojo policijos komisariato Komunikacijos poskyrio vedėją Kristiną Janulevičienę.
