Tęsiamas dialogas su Kapčiamiesčio ir aplinkinių vietovių gyventojais dėl planuojamo Kapčiamiesčio poligono steigimo. Siekiant užtikrinti atvirą bendravimą, atsakyti į gyventojams rūpimus klausimus, organizuojami individualūs susitikimai bei specialistų konsultacijos.

Konsultacijų metu gyventojams bus atsakyta į jų klausimus dėl nekilnojamojo turto, įskaitant žemės ir miško, nuosavybės, šio turto vertinimo principų, karinių pratybų, mokymų vykdymo ir kt.

Kada: 2026 m. sausio 14–16 d. (trečiadienį–penktadienį)
Laikas: 13:00–19:00
Kur: Kapčiamiesčio biblioteka, Taikos g. 11, Kapčiamiesčio mstl., Lazdijų r. sav.

Svarbu:

Kviečiame registruotis iš anksto;
Neregistruoti asmenys bus priimami gyvos eilės principu, pirmenybę teikiant užsiregistravusiems, vyresnio amžiaus žmonėms;

Konsultuojami bus tik Kapčiamiesčio sen. gyventojai bei planuojamo poligono teritorijoje nekilnojamo turto (žemės/miško) turintys asmenys;

Atvykstant būtina turėti asmens tapatybę patvirtinantį dokumentą;

Jei atstovaujama nekilnojamo turto (žemės/miško) turintiems asmenims, būtina turėti notaro patvirtintą raštišką įgaliojimą.

Lietuvos kariuomenė naujo poligono poreikį išreiškė 2025 m. pradžioje. Šis poreikis yra tiesiogiai susijęs su Nacionalinės divizijos sukūrimu, augančiu sąjungininkų karių skaičiumi Lietuvoje, kuriam būtina užtikrinti tinkamą karinę infrastruktūrą, mokymų erdves.

Kapčiamiesčio poligono teritorija buvo pasiūlyta atsižvelgiant į jos strateginę padėtį – Pietų Lietuvoje, šalia Lietuvos ir Lenkijos sienos, Suvalkų koridoriaus regione.

Šiuo metu pagrindiniai Lietuvos kariuomenės poligonai yra išdėstyti aplink valstybės sienos perimetrą – Pabradėje, Rūdninkuose ir Tauragėje, tačiau Pietų Lietuvoje tokios infrastruktūros nėra. Todėl Kapčiamiesčio poligono steigimas leistų subalansuoti poligonų tinklą ir sustiprinti gynybinius pajėgumus šiame strategiškai svarbiame regione.
