Besiruošdami Ančios regatai, veisiejiečiai per talką pagilino ežero dugną

Jau ketvirtus metus Veisiejai ruošiasi tradicinei laivų regatai Ančios ežere. Šios idėjos autoriai veisiejiečiai Raimundas Sadeckas ir Vilmantas Supranavičius. 

Šiemet regata vyks rugpjūčio 30 d. vasaros uždarymo šventės metu. 

Džiugu, kad Veisiejuose daugėja įvairių plaukiojimo priemonių – nuo paprastų laivelių iki pramoginių laivų. Ir dauguma jų ruošiasi regatoje dalyvauti. 

Iki šiol didžiausia bėda buvo, kad laivai, esantys kairėje miesto tilto pusėje, dėl visiškai seklaus toje vietoje vandens sunkiai praplaukdavo po tiltu. Per ilgą laiką tėkmė smėliu ir sąnašomis užnešė dugną. Be to, dėl užsitęsusios sausros labai nuseko ežero vanduo. 

Veisiejiečio Artūro Mačionio iniciatyva suorganizuota talka nukasti susidariusias sąnašas labai pasiteisino. Šiuo metu praplaukti po tiltu jau gana patogu. Veisiejų seniūnijos darbininkai sutvarkė tilto prieigos aplinką, ir dabar visoms plaukiojimo priemonėms tapo lengva praplaukti į abi Ančios ežero puses. 

Nuoširdžiai ačiū Artūrui ir kitiems dugno gilinimo talkos dalyviams.
