Atnaujins savivaldybės rūmus, ant stogo – saulės elektrinė

Rytas šaltas ir niūrus, o nuotaikos puikios – savivaldybės pastatas bus renovuotas, atnaujintas. 

Oficialu. Savivaldybės administracijos teikta paraiška įvertinta teigiamai ir finansavimas Aplinkos projektų valdymo agentūros (APVA) direktoriaus įsakymu jau patvirtintas. 

Renovacijai, atnaujinimui, skirtos negrąžinamos subsidijos suma ~1,2 mln. Eur, maksimali galima subsidijos suma ~ 2,3 mln. Eur. 

Projektą įgyvendinti turėsime per 50 mėn. Nedelsime, bet ir neskubėsime. Dabar labai svarbu atsakingai atlikti planavimo ir atitinkamų dokumentų rengimo darbus. Jei viskas pagal planą – pastolius prie savivaldybės pastato sienų pamatysite kitų metų antroje pusėje. 

Projekto lėšomis bus atliekamas pastato apšiltinimas, vėdinimo ir šildymo sistemų rekonstrukcija, vandentiekio ir apšvietimo sistemų rekonstrukcija, fotovoltinės saulės jėgainės ant pastato stogo įrengimas, elektros instaliacijos sistemos modernizavimas, nuotekų sistemos modernizavimas, bendro naudojimo laiptinių ir koridorių remontas, taip pat bus įrengta priedanga.

Šis projektas buvo labai lauktas ir yra svarbus visiems savivaldybės darbuotojams. Senolis, jau byrantis pastatas, taps ne tik modernus ir patogus, jis bus nekiauras ir energetiškai efektyvus. Sutaupysime jo išlaikymui – dirbantiems darbo sąlygos visapusiškai gerės.
