Lazdijų rajone likviduotas 2 mln. eurų vertės kontrabandinių cigarečių sandėlys

Kauno apygardos prokuratūra vadovauja ikiteisminiam tyrimui dėl praėjusią savaitę Muitinės kriminalinės tarnybos (MKT) pareigūnų Lazdijų rajone aptikto nelegalių cigarečių sandėlio. Atliktų kratų metu buvo sulaikyti trys asmenys ir daugiau nei pusė milijono pakelių baltarusiškų cigarečių, kurių vertė – beveik 2 mln. eurų.

Turėdami informacijos apie galimai nelegaliai sandėliuojamas cigaretes, muitinės kriminalistai kovo 28 d. patikrino vienoje Lazdijų rajono gyvenvietėje esančią sodybą. Čia jie užklupo tris vyriškius, besidarbavusius prie ūkinio pastato – iš mikroautobuso „Volkswagen“ minėti asmenys (du Lietuvos ir vienas užsienio pilietis) perkrovinėjo rūkalų dėžes. Kiek vėliau MKT pareigūnai atliko kratą dar viename Lazdijų rajono gyvenvietės name.

Iš viso abiejose vietose buvo rasta net 1116 dėžių (558 tūkst. pakelių) baltarusiškų cigarečių „Minsk Capital QS“, kurių vertė (su mokesčiais) – 1, 969 mln. eurų.

Įvykio vietoje buvę trys vyriškiai buvo sulaikyti dviem paroms, o MKT Kauno skyriuje pradėtas ikiteisminis tyrimas dėl neteisėto disponavimo akcizais apmokestinamomis prekėmis. Tyrimui vadovauja Kauno apygardos prokuratūra.

Kauno apylinkės teismas sprendimu visiems trims sulaikytiesiems skirtos kardomosios priemonės – piniginiai užstatai.
