Įžeistas vicemeras tvirtai apsisprendė trauktis, nors policija atsisakė pradėti ikiteisminį tyrimą

Rajono vicemero A. Klėjaus atsistatydinimo klausimas numatytas svarstyti rajono savivaldybės tarybos posėdyje gegužės 28 dieną.    

Skandalingi straipsniai portale delfi.lt bei „Lazdijų žvaigždėje“ apie galimai draudžiamą veiklą karantino metu – treniruočių užsiėmimus Lazdijų sporto centre, kuriame sportavo ir rajono vicemeras Audrius Klėjus, šiame centre fiksuotą koronaviruso infekcijos židinį, vicemero galimus saviizoliacijos pažeidimus bei kitos garsiai nuskambėjusios aplinkybės negalėjo neatkreipti policijos pareigūnų dėmesio. 
Rajono policijos komisariatas atliko aplinkybių patikslinimą ir priėmė nutarimą atsisakyti atlikti ikiteisminį tyrimą, nes nerado nusikaltimų sudėties, kurių pagrindu rajono vicemerui A. Klėjui bei viešosios įstaigos Lazdijų sporto centro vadovams būtų keliamos baudžiamosios bylos. Tačiau Lazdijų sporto centro vadovams gresia administracinė atsakomybė.

Kiek daug yra nepažįstančių Klėjaus. Mato žmonės tik fasadinę pusę. Dirbantys savivaldybės administracijoje puikiai atsimena direktorių Klėjų, jo vadovavimo ir bendravimo kultūrą. Jei jau žmogus parašė prašymą atleisti iš pareigų, tai kam reikalingos užuominos, kad tarybai patenkinus jo prašymą, konservatoriai trauksis iš valdančiosios daugumos. Juk jei Klėjus pats pasitraukia, vicemeru galėtų eiti kitas konservatorius. Dabar pats parašo prašymą ir daro spaudimą kad jo prašymo nepatenkintų.
