V. Danauskienė: nesprendžiami klausimai virsta skaudžiais pūliniais

Apie Šventežerio mokyklos temą buvau nusprendusi nerašyti. Kodėl? Nes beveik metus laiko niekaip neišspręsta pirmokų mokytojos problema išsisprendė po kelių valandų pokalbio po to, kai nuvykau į mokyklą.
Neliko problemos – neliko straipsnio. Taip galvojau. Tačiau giliau permąsčiusi supratau, kad tokių Šventežerio atvejų rajone – daug daugiau, ir jeigu nekalbėsime apie priežastis, jeigu niekas nesiims atsakomybės ir drąsos spręsti problemų, tai jos niekur nedings, o virs skaudžiais pūliniais.
Trumpai apie Šventežerio esmę: visų (!) šiandieninių mokyklos pirmaklasių tėvai dar pernai gruodį pradėjo kryžiaus kelius, bandydami savo atžaloms užtikrinti būsimą mokytoją.
Mokyklos siūloma pedagogė tėvams neįtiko daug kuo – prastais savo darbo rezultatais (tą rodė jos mokomų moksleivų testai), asmeninėmis savybėmis (grįžę vaikai skųsdavosi mokytojos elgesiu per pamokas, kai ji dėmesį rodydavo tik kai kuriems mokiniams, o ant kitų šaukdavo).
Mokykla patikino – būsimi pirmokėliai gaus kitą mokytoją, kuris tiks ir įstaigos vadovybei, ir tėvams, ir svarbiausia – moksleiviams.
Nuo rugsėjo pirmosios pradėjusi dėstyti pedagogė tenkino savo darbu ir rezultatais.
Ankstesnioji mokytoja, kaip aiškėjo, tuo metu atostogavo, kol vieną dieną sugrįžo į savo darbo kabinetą.
Tėvams buvo šokas: mero, direktoriaus, Švietimo, kultūros ir sporto skyriaus vadovų pažadai, kad problema išspręsta, pasirodo, niekur nedingo.
Juolab kad grįžusioji mokytoja turėjo neatremiamą užnugarį – savo sugyventinio seserį, dirbančią savivaldybėje ir turinčią ypatingą įtaką vietos merui.
Kilo triukšmas. Tėvai pasišovė atsiimti savo vaikus ir leisti juos į kitą mokyklą. Iš viso tokių vaikų būtų susidarę ne tik toji pirmokų klasė, bet ir skaičius, kuris būtų privertęs uždaryti įstaigos duris ir užkalti langus, t.y. mokykla dėl per mažo likusių moksleivių skaičiaus būtų buvusi uždaryta. Kaip kad pernai rugsėjo 1-ąją buvo uždaryta renovuota Būdviečio mokykla.
Šventežerio mokykla – irgi renovuota, atnaujintas energetinis mazgas, panaudoti europiniai pinigai. Juos būtų tekę grąžinti. Iš biudžeto, t.y. iš mūsų visų. Arba dotuoti mokyklos vegetavimą rajono biudžeto sąskaita.
Trys nauji mokyklos vadovybės pasiūlymai įtakingų užtarėjų turinčiai pedagogei netiko. Pajutusi, kad gali šokdinti mokyklos vadovybę ir visą rajono švietimo sistemą, moteriškė užsiprašė nei daug, nei mažai.
Etikos sumetimais nerašysiu, kiek. Tačiau faktas, kad realiai į gatvę (jei tėvai atsiimtų vaikus iš mokyklos) turėjusi išeiti pedagogė gavo ir solidžią kompensaciją už „pakeistas darbo sąlygas”, ir naujų darbo pasiūlymų. Vietoj buvusio etato – net pusantro. Tik kitos pareigos.
Apie moralę ir bandymą įtikinti, kaip labai pedagogė myli savo būsimus moksleivius – patylėsiu. Tam žmogui tokios sąvokos – kosmosas.
Tačiau negaliu tylėti apie priežastis, kaip ir kas leido pritvinkti tokiai situacijai, kai visi rajono moksleiviai (taip, visi), jų tėvai, rajono vadovybė buvo pastatyti į tokį kampą, kad leido iš savęs ir mūsų visų tyčiotis, nukentėti finansiškai ir kt. Šiurkščiai tariant, likti su nosimi. Labai ilga, kaip Buratino.
Nesiimu aiškinti, kad už įstaigos darbą atsakingas jos vadovas, už sistemą – jos vedėjas. Tokie aiškinimai sukeltų net ne juoką, o isterišką pyktį: kiek jau čia tų valdiškų įstaigų vadovų kabintųsi savanoriškai sau kilpas ant kaklo ir drįstų mesti pirštines įtakingai Rasai ar Onutei, Jadzei ar Antanui?
Bijau, kad tokių rajone neatsirastų. Tie, kurie bandė tai daryti, seniai nedirba. Ne vienas jau ir negyvena mūsų rajone. Lėkė neatsigręždami tarsi iš durnių laivo.
Todėl šiandien sakau drąsiai ir tiesiai – mere, atsakomybę už tokias situacijas privalote prisiimti Jūs. Tiesioginiai mero rinkimai, absoliutus parodytas žmonių pasitikėjimas Jus išrenkant savivaldybės vadovu, įstatymo Jums suteikta teisė ir (svarbiausia) pareiga – ne šiaip sau pareigos.
Kiek tokių šventežerių dar laukia savo sprogimo rajone? „Begalvės” įstaigos – Krosnos seniūnija, Turizmo centras, Architektūros skyrius. Kokia motyvacija dirbti „l.e.p.” pareigas einantiesiems? „Nieko nėra ilgaamžiškesnio už laikinumą?” – su tokiu požiūriu netoli nueisime.
Nebadau Jums pirštu apie daug vilčių žadėjusius, tačiau šnipštu virtusius aubrakų, kiaušinių, krovinių pervežimų verslus, kuriais, kaip dabar jau matyti, kvailinote rajono žmones prieš rinkimus. Nebadau – juk valdžia verslo nereguliuoja: pamatęs, kad apsiskaičiavo su būsimų investicijų grąža, verslas tiesiog pasitraukė.
Aišku, galėčiau gėdinti ir remti prie sienos tomis privilegijomis (mokesčių pavidalu, protekcijomis ir kt.), kuriomis tiems verslininkams, papusčiusiems padus, Jūs pataikavote, mere.
Matomų problemų, įsisenėjusių, nesprendimas, bandymas pasikliauti – ai, kaip nors, gal išsispręs savaime – veda į niekur. Tiksliau – į rajono mirtį.
Todėl nuoširdžiai Jūsų prašau – atmeskite savo nepamatuotus įtarimus kiekviename pavaldinyje matyti priešą, išmokite ir išgirskite kitą nuomonę, ne tik savąją, atsikratykite Jums padlaižiaujančių pataikūnų, išgyvendinkite nepotizmą iš savivaldybės administracijos ir valdiškų įstaigų.
Jums suteiktas pasitikėjimo (ir įstatymų galių) mandatas – didžiulis. Turėkite drąsos prisiimti ir atsakomybę. Telkite, bet neskaldykite, kurkite, bet negriaukite. Nuoširdžiai to Jus prašau.
