Keturračio persekiojimas Lazdijų rajone

Vasario 23 d. apie 23 val. Lazdijų rajone, Dervinių kaime, patruliuodami pareigūnai pastebėjo keturratį, kuriuo važiavo trys asmenys. Nei vienas iš jų nedėvėjo saugos šalmo.

Stabdant transporto priemonę, patruliai įjungė tarnybinio automobilio raudonos ir mėlynos spalvos švyturėlius, bei garsinį signalą, tačiau keturračio ekipažas nereagavo, tik padidino  greitį, ir nuvažiavo toliau. Net keletą kartų, garsiakalbio pagalba, pareigūnai reikalavo, kad keturračio motociklo vairuotojas sustotų, tačiau jis į reikalavimus nereagavo, jų nevykdė, nusuko nuo pagrindinio kelio į lauko keliuką, iš lauko keliuko nusuko į pievą ir važiavo toliau. Privažiavęs sodybos kiemą, vairuotojas įkalnėje sustojo. Policininkams išlipus iš tarnybinio automobilio, keturračio vairuotojas įjungė pavarą ir staigiai akseleravo, ko pasekoje pakilo keturračio priekinė dalis ir visi trys vyriškiai nukrito nuo transporto priemonės ant žemės.

Paaiškėjo, kad keturratis neįregistruotas, nedraustas, be techninės apžiūros, o uždėtas valstybinis numeris, priklauso kitai transporto priemonei.

Neseniai keturratį įsigijęs vyras (g. 1981 m.) gailėjosi dėl padarytų pažeidimų, mat transporto priemonę vairavo neblaivus (2.48 prom.) ir neturėdamas teisės vairuoti.

Kartu su vairuotoju vyko du neblaivūs vyrai (g. 1997 m. ir 1991 m.), kurie taip pat buvo neblaivūs.
