Mūsų rajono politikai - tarsi katinai: pridaro į miltus ir slepiasi, kad niekas nematytų. Pamiršo buvę išrinkti tam, kad gintų žmonių, viso rajono ir tokių pasakiško grožio miestelių kaip Veisiejai interesus. 
Jie dabar turėtų šaukti per visus ruporus, skambinti pavojaus varpais ir reikalauti, kad iš Veisiejų nebūtų iškeltas urėdijos padalinys į Druskininkus. Ar mes ne dzūkai girių karaliai, ar nemokame už save pastovėti, ar nusigręžėm nuo savo vertybių ir tapatybės.  Juk merę net pavardė turėtų įpareigoti dėl miškų urėdijos Veisiejų padalinio pakovoti. Aišku, ir Benius Rūtelionis šiame fronte galėtų aktyviau, aršiau pasireikšti, jis gi moka, kai reikia, balsą pakelti. Žinome mes.
