Beveik 12 tūkst. eurų iš „Lazdijų vandens“ prisiteisęs A. Cimakauskas žada pasitelkti anstolius

Apie teismo sprendimą ir jo vykdymą paklaustas „Lazdijų vandens“ direktorius E. Zaburas žurnalistei komentuoti atsisakė.

Kauno apygardos teismo teisėjų kolegija priėmė nutartį, kuria iš darbo neteisėtai atleistam buvusiam Lazdijų rajono savivaldybės įmonės „Lazdijų vanduo“ darbininkui Algirdui Cimakauskui priteisė iš bendrovės išmokėti beveik 12 tūkst. eurų išmoką. 

Ši nutartis priimta šių metų birželio 30 dieną ir įsiteisėjo iš karto po jos paskelbimo.

Tačiau, kaip tvirtina pats A. Cimakauskas, iki šiol bendrovės „Lazdijų vanduo“ administracija teismo nutarties neįvykdė ir priteistos pinigų sumos nesumokėjo. 

Teisme savo teisybę įrodęs A. Cimakauskas teigia, kad tariasi su teisininkais ir teismo nutarčiai vykdyti žada pasitelkti antstolius.

„Greičiausiai tai būtų kreipimasis į antstolį, išsiėmus teismo vykdomąjį raštą, prašant teismo priteistas lėšas iš įmonės sąskaitos nurašyti priverstinai. Jeigu pakankamai lėšų nebūtų, prašytume areštuoti įmonės banko sąskaitas. Suprantu, kad toks žingsnis apsunkintų bendrovės finansinę veiklą, nukentėtų paprasti darbuotojai, tad labai tikiuosi, kad bendrovė neignoruos teismo sprendimo ir imtis tokių priemonių neprireiks“, – teigė A. Cimakauskas.
