Šeštokų šimtametė L. Žilinskienė lygiuojasi į Japonijos ilgaamžius

Merė A. Miškinienė artimiau susipažino su šimtamete L. Žilinskiene, kurią sveikino ir Šeštokų seniūnė L. Audzevičienė.         A. Bernackienės nuotr.

    Liudvika Žilinskienė iš Šeštokų miestelio sako, kad, ryte sutikus gražų žmogų, sekasi visą dieną. Svetinga senolė mėgsta bendrauti, kiekvienas svečias jos namuose – laukiamas. Tik atsikėlusi skuba kieman – pati išeina, atsargiai, mat taip dukrų prisakyta. Nulipa laipteliais ir atsisėda prie šulinio, ant suolelio, pavėsyje. Tokią karštą vasarą ji prisimena. „Smetoniška vasara“, – taip paprastai paaiškina, lyg tai būtų savaime suprantama. 
     Liudvika – iš gausios šeimos: joje augo 10 vaikų. Dauguma jų – ilgaamžiai, tačiau šiandien Liudvika – viena: broliai, seserys jau amžinybėn iškeliavę. 
    O kaipgi gyventi, kad 100 sulauktume? „Nieko nereikia daryti, tiesiog gyvenkite, ir viskas“, – pataria. Tuoj pasisako, kad ir ji pati tiesiog gyvenusi. „Sako man, kad jau 100 metų sulaukiau. O aš nejaučiu, kad man tiek. Viskas labai jau greitai“, – neslepia ilgaamžė. 
    Nestokoja ir humoro: „Merė sveikinti atvažiuos, tik kad ji manęs nepažįsta, tai kaip žinos, kam gėles įteikti?“
