Darbo ginčų komisija netenkino atleistųjų ligoninės patarėjų skundų

   Valstybinės darbo inspekcijos Darbo ginčų komisija užvakar netenkino trijų buvusių Lazdijų rajono savivaldybės viešosios įstaigos Lazdijų ligoninės patarėjų skundų dėl atleidimo iš darbo ir piniginių kompensacijų pripažinimo. 
   „Komisijos sprendimas buvo paskelbtas posėdyje, šalys jį žino, tačiau komisija kol kas nuo komentarų susilaiko, kol nebus išsiųsti sprendimai šalims. Jeigu kurios šalies sprendimas netenkins, sprendimą galima bus apskųsti teismui“, – sakė Valstybinės darbo inspekcijos atstovė.
   Trys Lazdijų ligoninės patarėjai buvo atleisti šių metų gegužę, į darbą po nedarbingumo grįžus įstaigos direktoriui Vitui Šimkoniui.
